While our country's leaders fight a fruitless war on terror, and label the likes of Assata Shakur as a terrorist. These are the faces that represent real, homegrown evil, terrorism, and hate. This is one of the most bizarre and disgusting things I've read about a group doing to a human being! How disappointing that this bunch of goons robbed this woman of her dignity for so long. Thankfully she was able to escape, but who knows what her quality of life is going to be like after an ordeal like that...

yes this was an absolutely horrendous case. I am also glad she survived, but like cat said, who knows how long it is going to take her to even somewhat recover emotionally? her spirit is probably broken right now. it makes me very sad and very angry.
